In this economy, the decision to pursue a higher degree or break into a career is one of the most difficult we can possibly make. Unfortunately, as with all difficult decisions, there is no clear, broadly applicable advice that can be given to help ease it. This is your choice to make -- all you can do consider your situation carefully, make it, and make it count.
As you said Master degree is the key for a successful career! i know many master degree holders are unemployed, the main thing is people don't let outside people to join companies rather than their own relatives, friends. Bcoz of that most of the countries called underdeveloped countries...In todays world people passed many degrees but hardly they get the post what they supposed to get.....sorry if my comment is looking negative...but its true.
